journey brings happiness; not the distination.
the accident is the training.
there is nothing 'nothing's going on'. there is no ordinary moments.
everything is purposed. you have to find them.
three rules in life:
paradox, life itself is a paradox; don't try to get through of it.
humor, have sence of humor for urself
change, nothing is without change.

慈心
須菩提問菩薩欲成無上道者,云何應行?
佛答:應起等心,於一切眾生無有偏黨。五眾和合,假名眾生,如車、如林。一切眾生者,盡舉十方六道,無有遺餘。
一切眾生法,各行三分:怨、親、中人。佛今教菩薩等心,一切眾生皆有親愛想,莫生怨心,莫生中人心。
復次,眾生有二種,愛及憎。佛言:於一切眾生,離是二心,莫生憎、愛。
愛者貪欲,煩惱心不應行,當行慈愛心。世間法,愛念妻子、牛馬等;憎惡怨賊等。菩薩轉此世間法,但行慈愛心於一切眾生。
復次,等心者,菩薩生法喜,於一切眾生,欲令皆至佛道。菩薩自捨憎、愛心,亦捨眾生憎、愛心加己。

理解與愛
理解才能真正產生愛的能力,而深刻的理解需要耐心、靜心深觀與人生體驗。
因而人們往往從與下一個情人的關係模式和對待中,領悟到先前的愛情,因此釋放前嫌並充滿感謝,這就是歷史的理解與詮釋學。
真愛是進入究竟之境的,它存在於時時刻刻醒悟與理解的時刻。

正念的生活
注意腳下一片黃葉時,就是一個能深觀它不來亦不去本性的契機。
呼吸時正念分明,就是在接觸自己的呼吸與身體,感受已不同於以往。
運用正念,萬物便能更加清楚地顯現在眼前。
正念的修行引導我們通往究竟向度的道路,當工作、煮飯、洗碗盤、招呼賓客等日常生活中休息正念時,就深深地觸及這個現象世界,究竟的向度可能就在此時開展在我們面前。
開顯的究竟向度是清楚或模糊,取決於正念的品質。
一旦修行夠穩固,我們每一刻都能維持禪定之燈明亮不滅。

ice and water
在最冷的冬天,寒凍使得湖川結冰;水變成固態,能夠承受人、動物、和車。春天到來,大地和水溫暖起來,開始解凍。冰原來的硬度到哪裡去了?水是柔軟的、流動的,冰是硬的、尖的,我們哪能說它們相同?但是我們又不能說它們不同,因為冰不過是固化的水,而水不過是溶化的冰。
我們對周圍世界的覺受也是相同的。執著於現象的真實性,因吸引和排斥、享受與疼痛、得與失、有名與無名、稱讚與責怪而感到痛苦,會在心中起了固化作用。我們必須將概念的冰化解為內在自由的水。
